About Antigo Housing Authority

The Antigo Housing Authority was established in 1967. Our agency has grown and expanded from 85 housing units to a multi-jurisdictional housing and community development agency serving the City of Antigo and Langlade County Wisconsin.

We currently manage 12 properties, in excess of 325 apartments in the City of Antigo and the surrounding county, from single family dwellings to the multi-unit apartment complex and administers the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. For the private owner, we are a full service property management team, providing expert services in management, tenant and financial accounting, and long-term asset preservation.
